Frequently Asked Questions

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day of receiving payment but may take up to 2 business days.

Please see your banking provider for details on how to use Interact E-Transfer with your account.

All payments are to be sent by interact e-transfer to westcoastmicrodoseonline@protonmail.com
Include your order number in the comments section of your interact e-transfer and include the password “manifest” in all lower case
Set the interact e-transfer password as the password assigned in your order confirmation email.

Your order will not be shipped until we have reviewed and deposited your payment.

Shipping to British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan is $15. Shipping to everywhere else is Canada is $25.

Orders are shipped via Canada Post Express post and take 2 business days to arrive.
